Cleanse your face and pat it dry.

Take one toner pad and gently wipe the embossed/textured side across your face, focusing on areas with enlarged pores, blackheads, or excess oil (usually the T-zone).

Flip the pad and use the smooth side to lightly sweep over the skin to hydrate and soothe.

Follow with your serum and moisturiser.

Use 2–4 times per week at first, then increase if your skin tolerates it well.
